Beef & Pumpkin Power Meal
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
½ cup brown rice (cooked)
1 tbsp flaxseed (optional, for extra fiber)
Instructions:
Cook ground beef in a pan until browned, drain excess fat.
Mix in pumpkin purée, cooked rice, and flaxseed.
Stir until combined and serve in small portions.
