Salmon & Quinoa Bowl
Great for a shiny coat and healthy digestion!
Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (cooked, skin removed)
½ cup cooked quinoa
1 cup steamed spinach
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Bake or pan-sear salmon until fully cooked.
Flake salmon into small pieces and mix with quinoa and steamed spinach.
Drizzle with coconut oil for extra nutrients.
Let cool before serving.
