Salmon & Quinoa Bowl

Great for a shiny coat and healthy digestion!

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet (cooked, skin removed)
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed spinach
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Bake or pan-sear salmon until fully cooked.
  2. Flake salmon into small pieces and mix with quinoa and steamed spinach.
  3. Drizzle with coconut oil for extra nutrients.
  4. Let cool before serving.
