Beef & Pumpkin Power Meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (optional, for extra fiber)

Instructions:

  1. Cook ground beef in a pan until browned, drain excess fat.
  2. Mix in pumpkin purée, cooked rice, and flaxseed.
  3. Stir until combined and serve in small portions.
